You call forth the might of your inner flame igniting the branch in your hand as you raise it above your head. Immediately at points you can see within range erupts 12 pillars of flame 30 foot wide and 700 foot tall every creature within these areas must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 12d6 fire damage and when the pillars fade within the 30 foot radius of the pillars is left a bed of molten lava which counts as difficult terrain and any creatures who start or end their turn in the area takes 5d6 fire damage and any creature who passes through the area takes this damage as well, the lava cools and this affect ends in 1d4 hours.
At higher levels. When you cast this spell with a spell slot of 8th level or higher add one additional pillar, add 3d6 fire damage and extend the lava's affect time by 1d4.
