Arcane Bolt 2.0

A modified version of Magic Missile, Where all the darts are compressed into one -long ranged- Bolt/spear (up to your imagination) that have high piercing capabilities. It was created by an assassin that used long range magic to do his work, because of that, the spell lost it's homing capabilities and moves in a straight line.

it's unusable if the target is less than 30 feet away.
at higher levels, it will scale in one of 2 ways that you can chose from. 
1. it starts with 3d4 piercing damage and increase's by another 1d4 every level.
2. it starts with 1d12 piercing damage and increase's by another 1d12 every 3 levels.

It can be used with a bow arrow to increase it's damage by 1d4 piercing damage.
