Burden

You touch a creature, increasing its weight and slowing it down to a near standstill. The target must succeed on an Strength saving throw or they gain the Slowed Condition (5.5e UA). A creature affected by this spell makes another Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the effect ends for it.
