Arrow of the Faerie

You lay your hand on the fletching of an arrow and enchant it swiftly with the powers of the Faerie Fire spell. Any object or creature that is struck by the arrow takes the initial damage of the arrow and is outlined in blue, green, or violet light (your choice) for 1d8 minutes. For the duration, the object or affected creature sheds dim light in a 10-foot radius.

Any attack roll against the affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the time in minutes increases by 1 minute for each slot level above 3rd.
