Compel Magic

Choose one creature, object, or magical effect within range. if dispel magic was cast on it in the last hour and you cast this spell the magical effect returns. If dispel magic was cast on the object at 4th level or higher on the target, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a successful check, the spell ends.

If you cast this on a magic item that has charges you may return one charge.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you gain an additional charge (for example if you cast the spell at 2nd it would only return one charge but if you cast it at 3rd you gain two charges)
