the effect of the spell erases any action the targeted creature took in the last minute. this includes any damage the creature dealt. it could even result in other creatures coming back from the dead.

However, there are far reaching consequences that can happen. it is up to the DM to determine what those consequences are if any.

this spell cannot be scribed into a scroll.
