You invoke and rewrite the commands of the creator on the analyzed creation. Lesser constructs will follow simple commands and will not make saving throws. More complex and intelligent constructs will make saving throws with the benefit of making them able to carry out more complex tasks. The construct cannot be made to harm itself or directly override its original commands or purpose. Once released from control the construct, regardless of previous affiliation will remain neutral to you and your party unless you do something that conflicts with its operations aside from your mere presence.
At higher levels, you can make multiple small constructs or one larger construct permanently a companion for menial tasks and labor.
Failed takeovers will result in a hostile construct.
Use on non-hostile constructs has advantage to take command
