Bloodfire

You mix your and the target creatures blood into one and imbue it back into the creature. Over the course of 1 hour the creature will have its blood turned into an easily ignitable substance which only you can ignite. And when the spell is activated there is no escape, the target dies immediately unless it is undead or immune to fire.

This spells binds itself so effectively to the targets being that it resists any and all attempts to dispel it. At any point the caster can choose to activate the spell from any distance on any plane with a thought. You may cast this spell on more than one target, but this must be done with a separate casting of the spell. 

The target of this spell must be entirely willing to be effected by it or the spell will fail. Targets under the effect of the suggestion spell or spells similar to it are also uneffected by this spell.
