You call forth an undead abomination. It manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. This chimera of necrotic magic uses the Necrotic Chimera statblock. When you cast the spell, choose a form: Blood, Bone, or Skin. The creature resembles an amorphous blob of blood, a beast made of piled bones, or a spider-like creature of flayed skin respectively. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.
The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, use the higher level wherever the spell’s level appears in the stat block.

Amorphous Form (Blood Only). The elemental can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Charge (Bone Only). If the chimera moves at least 10 feet straight towards a target and then hits it with a slam attack on the same turn, the target takes and extra 2d8 bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw equal to your spell save DC or be pushed 10 feet away and knocked prone.
Fortitude of Flesh (Skin Only). If damage reduces the chimera to 0 hit
points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC
of 5 +the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or
from a critical hit. On a success, the chimera drops to 1 hit
point instead
Actions
Multiattack. The elemental makes a number of attacks equal to half this spell’s level (rounded down).
Slam (Blood and Bone Only). Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 + 4 + the spell’s level bludgeoning damage.
Whip (Skin Only). Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 4 + the spell's level piercing damage. The target must make a strength saving throw equal to your spell save DC or become grappled.
