You touch another creature with an arcane focus, they must make a dc 15  will saving throw, or be charmed by you until dispelled with a wish spell. On a successful save, they take 15 necrotic damage. When a creature is charmed in this way, you can communicate telepathically with them and will follow any order you give them, even if it puts them or someone you love in harms way.
