Remove your total Proficincy Bonus from targets Armor Class, {AC-PB}; when the caster of the spell hits an attack, the attack does extra 1d6 of lighting damage. For every spell level above 2nd, you remove 1 point of armor class from target. Every 2 levels above 2nd extra damage increases by 1d6.
