Will-O-Wisp

Create a Swarm of Will-O-Wisps around you, you may move these Will-O-Wisps any where within 65 ft. of you. The Will-O-Wisps create dim light around them 10 ft. and if a creature touches it they will take 1d8 fire damage also the Will-O-Wisp will disappear after touched twice, if the same creature touches it twice they receive half damage the second time(rounded up). You can choose whether they are Red, Blue or White. When casting you get 1 Will-O-Wisps +1 more Will-O-Wisp per character level up to 15 Will-O-Wisps.
