You create a Large mouth full of gnashing teeth which appears in an unoccupied space that you can see within range and lasts for the duration. Any creature that ends its turn within 5 feet of the mouth is at risk from the snapping teeth and must make a Dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 2d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

As a bonus action, you can move the mouth up to 30 feet. If you move the mouth into contact with a creature, that creature must make the saving throw against the mouth's damage, and the mouth stops moving this turn.

The mouth also attempts to devour any spell that is in effect on any creature that the mouth rams into. Any spell of 3rd level or lower on the target ends. For each spell of 4th level or higher on the target, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a successful check, the spell ends.

When you move the mouth, you can direct it over barriers up to 5 feet tall and jump it across pits up to 10 feet wide. 

 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you automatically end the effects of a spell on the target if the spell's level is equal to or less than the level of the spell slot you used.
