Bare Knuckles

The bones in your knuckles, knees, and elbows grow and tear through your skin. The damage of your unarmed strikes becomes 1d4 + your Strength score slashing damage unless it is already higher. As part of casting this spell, you may make an unarmed strike against a creature within 5 feet of you. Additionally, at the start of your turn, any creature that you are grappling or that is grappled by you takes 1d4 slashing damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st.
