The next time you hit a creature with a weapon attack before this spell ends, the weapon is surrounded with a putrid cloud as you strike. The attack deals an extra 2d6 poison damage to the target. For the rest of the spell's duration, the target takes an extra 1d4 poison damage whenever it takes damage from a weapon attack.
