A dart of deathly energy arcs away from you towards a foe. Make a ranged attack against a creature within range, on a hit the target takes 2d12 necrotic damage. Additionally, the target suctacts 1d4 from their next saving throw or attack roll.

At Higher Levels: The spell deals 1d12 extra damage for each level above 1st you cast it at.
