You imbue your allies with the aspects of strength and determination required in war, choose up to 5 willing creatures, for the duration each creature affected gains temporary hit points equal to 5 times their level, a +1 to ac, advantage on strength and constitution saving throws, and advantage on attack roles made against enemys.
If a creature affected by this spell is within five feet of an ally and they are hit with a melee attack, that creature can use its reaction to sheild the other, splitting the damage between the two.
When this spell ends all creatures affected must take a short rest or long rest or gain 2 levels of exhaustion.
