BY GOD'S LIGHT I SMITE YOU!

The next time you hit a creature with a weapon attack before this spell ends, the weapon gleams with godlike radiance as you strike. The attack deals an extra 12d4 radiant damage to the target. Anything hit with this spell that does not die is incapacitated for 1 minute, and when it wakes up, it is blinded and deafened for 1 hour.

Any hostile creatures within 90 ft of the creature hit with this spell are frightened for as long as you are within their line of sight.
