Cold Film

You spray a cold mist that freezes on impact. You can either do damage or heal.

Cooling Film: The mist freezes on wounds, healing them instantly. Heal the target for 6d8 + your spell modifier HP and grant 1d6 temporary hit points.

Freezing Film: The film is burning cold and instead deals 6d8 cold damage. They must make a Constitution save vs. your spell DC or be frozen (stunned) for one turn.

At higher levels: Add 1d8 damage or healing per level above 4th at which you cast this spell.
