The spell causes the user to cough, but instead of coughing spit, they cough a blood laser beam that deals 1d4 damage. After rolling the D4, roll a D20. The number you roll on the D20 is the amount of times the D4 damage is dealt.
At higher levels, replace the D4 with a D6 at 2nd, D8 at 3rd, etc.
