Bleu Cheese Freeze

Create an unnaturally pointy block of frozen bleu cheese and hurl it an the target, on a hit it takes 1d10 of piercing damage, then regardless if the pointed block hit the target, the cheese pops and everything within 5 feet must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 cold damage. 

After the explosion, there is a singular lump of odd smelling cheese large enough to be reused. Returns one piece of Used Cheese.
