Damage/Effect
Upon saying "Cheese Louise, get a load of this goober," the target begins to feel silly. Almost too silly, then suddenly they are struck with an immense burst of horrible realizations, that they are in fact a goober. Deals 3d20 bludgeoning damage on a failed constitution save, does 1/2 as much on a successful save.
