Cauterize

Your touch closes gaping wounds quickly and vigorously while burning away toxins and invigorating the creature's will, though at a cost. At the start of its turn each round while the spell lasts, the creature is affected as follows:

• Takes 1d6 points of fire damage that cannot be resisted or ignored.
• Recovers 2d6 + your Wisdom modifier HP.
• Has advantage on Constitution, Wisdom, and Charisma saves for 1 round other than concentration saves.
• Can immediately roll a saving throw against any disease or a special DC 15 Constitution save against any of these conditions to end them: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned.
