Confetti Cannon

You summon forth a big menacing cannon, which explodes with a loud boom and lots of confetti. Each enemy who can see the cannon takes 5d12 psychic damage.

Additionally, the confetti enlivens your allies, giving each ally advantage on attack rolls on their next turn.
