Blood Rain

Rain formed of blood splashes onto the ground in a 20-foot radius, 40-foot high cylinder centered on a point within range. Each creature in the cylinder must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d8 bludgeoning damage and becomes poisoned for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and avoids the poisoned condition on a successful one. At the end of each of its turns, a target can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.
