you point your finger at a creature or person within range, that creature will then experience an itch somewhere hard to reach on their person, they must make a CON save to resist the nigh irresistible urge not to scratch the itch, on a failed save the target creature must spend it's action to scratch said itch, using their action to do so. if the target is wearing armor they are compelled to remove some of their armor to scratch that itch, reducing their AC by 1 point.

the creature can make another Con saves on it's turn, on a successful save or after 1d3 rounds the spell ends.

if cast a 3rd level or higher the duration of the spell is increased by 1 round.
