Turning over the gem in your hand you silently attempt to respectfully call forth a spirit of dreams. Quori spirits can be very unpredictable and temperamental; gaining what you want out of one is a difficult task.
The level of benevolence the spirits display towards the caster varies from Depravity to Reverence and other feelings between the two.
The caster makes a spellcasting check using their charisma modifier wether or not charisma is their spell casting modifier.
The quori appears as a yellow-blue semi amorphous bipedal translucent creature. Its features and color reflect the type of emotion they have, having angular yellower features when closer to depraved and rounder bluer features when closer to reverent. Depraved spirits actively act against the caster; frenzied act unpredictably; apathetic barely act and get in the way of all parties; tranquil act calm and provide benefits to all and attempt to prevent all harm; reverent protect the caster at all cost and are solely devoted to the caster.
The type of spirit summoned is determined by the charisma spell casting check, the DC of which is 15. Failing by 10 or more results in depraved spirit; 5 or below is frenzied. Less than 5 results in apathy. 15 - 19 results in tranquil and 20 or higher results in a reverent spirit. The resulting spirit can optionally be anything below the roll. ie. Rolling an 18 you could optionally summon an Apathetic spirit instead of a Tranquil one.
