Make a melee spell attack agaist creature in your reach, you have advantige on this roll if its speed is 0. If you hit the creature it have to roll a CON saving throw against your spell save DC. On failed save you gain any information of its anatomy.
You learn its Strenght, Dexterity, Constitution scores and its creature type. It is up to your DM discretion what extra information you might learn.
