Web Sling

You unleash a line of web to latch onto a surface, you can pull it toward you (as long as it weighs less than 20 pounds) or you can pull your self toward the surface with a sucsseful Strength check (DC 8 + (2 for every 10 feet you attempt to pull yourself). Upon a failed save the web snaps and you fail to move at all. (the surface must be large enough for you to stand on before you sling your web)

If the web were to be attached to the ground and you pull yourself towards it, and you were to fail, you would fall on the ground and take 1d4 bludgeoning damage for each 10 feet attempted.
