Wall of Sound

You play a short song on an instrument with which you are proficient. You then magically weave the sound vibrations together in such a way that it forms a barrier extending up to 40 ft around you in sphere centered on yourself. Any magic attack that passes through the barrier looses half it's power. On an attacking spell, the damage is halved. On a spell that requires a check or saving throw (such as condition status), you gain advantage.

If a physical attack (melee or ranged) moves through the barrier, it is also halved.

Any hostile movement through the barrier (using speed or bonus action, for example) is halved as well. 

Any attack or movement that begins inside the barrier is not effected.
