Blasphemous Shout

This spell is only available to those of a non-good alignment.

You choose one creature you can see within range that shares a language with you and has an intelligence of 3 or higher and shout a prayer to a long dead God or heretical phrase and that creature takes 3d6 necrotic damage and must make a constitution saving throw or be unable to regain hit points until the start of your next turn.

This spell does not scale with higher level spell slots
