Choose a creature or plant within range. You send time magic into that creature's body to make its cells appear too old to support the body, prompting the brain to begin apoptosis. The target must make an intelligence saving throw to attempt to consciously fight off the magic's influence. On a failure, the target takes 5d12 necrotic damage, has disadvantage on all constitution checks and saving throws until the end of your next turn. On a success, the target takes half damage and does not suffer any additional effects.

When cast at a higher level, this spell does an additional 1d12 damage and also an additional 10 feet for casting range per level cast.
