Variance Communicae

Communication is a two way street, even across the infinite multiverse. Through this, you create a bridge across the gap between timelines with a variant of yourself, for a brief conversation.

While chanting arcane words, the caster writes their name around the border of the mirror in their own blood, in at least three different languages that they can understand. With the mirror prepped, the ring is spun on its side in front of the mirror, creating a resonant sound that can be linked to a similar spinning, resonating ring.

This spell attempts contact with the most similar, most parallel time line variant of the caster who is also casting the same spell with similar intentions. Roll a percental die, on a 0-25% the spell fails, on a 26-100% the spell succeeds and communication is reached.  The conversation lasts up to 10 minutes while concentration is held, after ten minutes the spell ends. However, should both participant's draw more blood the duration can be extended (one extra minute per hit point lost).

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the number of participants increases by 1 for each slot level above 4th, as long as there is another prepped mirror for each additional participant. The chance of failure also increases by 5% for each additional participant.
