Calling forth all of the energy you can muster, you take one minute to charge a 1 ft. radius orb of dense, multicolored energy around your eye of an ancient dragon. If you take damage or fail a saving throw during the casting of this spell, you must restart your casting. Once you've been casting this spell for 1 minute, you may choose a space within range that you can see, throwing the orb. Once the orb reaches its destination, it implodes, creating a massive storm of chaos which explodes instantaneously.  

All characters within a 60 ft. radius of the blast must make a DC 25 DEX save, taking 20d20+100 Force damage on a failed save, and half as much on a success. Regardless of whether or not the save succeeds or fails, anyone within the 60 ft. radius is knocked prone for one round. All characters within a 60 ft. radius of the blast must also make a DC25 CON Save, and be paralyzed and deafened for one minute on a failed save.
