Concussive Burst

A point within range explodes with a rush of wind and a loud bang. All creatures within a 30 ft radius of the explosion point must make a Constitution saving throw. The creature takes 4d6 thunder damage and is Deafened for one minute on a failed save, or half damage on a success. Any loose items under 10 lbs are blown out 30 ft from the point of impact, and any small fires/flames within that range are blown out.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
