Aphazard's Shining River

A shimmering river of beautiful waters rolls into the air from your hands. The river is 5 feet deep, 10 feet wide, and can be up to 500 feet long. It can turn in any direction, but it can't climb inclines steeper than 45 degrees. A rowboat also appears in the river when you cast the spell, at a point you choose. You can mentally command the rowboat to remain still in the river, or move up to 30 feet on your turn (no action required).

If the rowboat ever carries more than 2,000 lbs or leaves the river's area, it capsizes and the spell ends.
