Basarab's Aura of "Random Selection"

You choose one willing creature. You learn what spells, if any, are currently affecting the target. You also learn how long the target has been affected by those spells. If your spell save DC is higher than or equal to the spell save DC of the original caster, you learn where the spell was cast. If your spell save DC is at least two higher than that of the original caster, you are able to discern the identity of the original caster. 

You also learn the target's allignement.
