Water bending is the same as you would assume. The different effects are listed and shalt be changed.
lvl 1 overall: 1 d8 water damage
lvl 2: water armor blocks 3d4 then breaks.
lvl 4 overall you have different options of how the use will be.
water dagger: 2d6 water dmg
water snipe: 1d8 water dmg
water shield: blocks 3d6 water dmg
lvl 6 it can be used to charm water based creatures. Chr roll
lvl 7 blood bending takes effect. at any moment you can stop a creature in its tracks
When combined with water freezing it adds an extra d8 of the effect
at lvl 8 overall you can manipulate bones and other body parts into breaking.
lvl 10 you can dismantle the cellular structure. insta death to everything used once every long rest.
