Water Make: Umbrella

As an action, when it’s raining, the rainfall around you forms into an umbrella above you in a free hand, protecting you from any harmful rain effects and keeping you dry. If you hold the umbrella out, you can protect yourself and one other creature. This effect lasts for 8 hours, when you let go of the umbrella, or until dispelled.

At higher levels, you can increase the area of the spell to encompass more creatures or area but this imposes concentration. Every level above first increases the circle’s radius by 5 feet. To a maximum of 30 feet.
