Aegis of Air

You twist strands of air together into explosive shields, ready to block that which would do harm.

You may impose disadvantage on an attack roll against any target within range. Alternatively, you may grant advantage on an ability saving throw against any spell or ability.  In either case, other creatures within 5 feet of the target must pass a Constitution saving throw else be pushed back 5 feet.
