You open a portal to Pandemonium which bellows forth a cacophonous gust of wind that drives creatures temporarily insane. A line of vicious wind 60 ft. long and 10 ft. wide blasts forth from a point within range in a direction you choose for the spell’s duration. Each creature that starts its turn in the line must succeed at a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 ft. away from you in a direction following the line. Any creature in the line has their movement halved when moving toward you. Just as the Gust of Wind spell, this disperses gas or vapor and open flames. Unlike the Gust of Wind spell, you may not change the direction of the wind.

In addition, all creatures that start their turn in the wind’s area must make a WIS saving throw or become cursed while the wind continues to howl. Such creatures have a 50% chance to lose their action at the start of each of their turns while they can hear the spell (which can be heard out to 400 ft.)
