A bolt of pure nothingness streaks from your hand toward a creature in range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 force damage.

When cast at higher levels, the damage for the spell increases by 1d8 (2d8 at 2nd level, 3d8 at 3rd level, ect.)
