Alter Elements

The spell protection area 120 ft in radius.

The caster designates an area in which one element is altered and transformed into another. The only elements introduced into the designated area after completion the spell are altered.

The caster must inscribe runes at the perimeter of the designated area, with the powdered silver.

The changing of elements, does not reduce damage effect of spells within the designated area. Spells within a designated area merely change from one element to another designated at the time of casting.

Example the designated area is a ship. A fireball exploding on the ship could be changed to water, thereby inflicting concussive damage instead of fire damage.

Protection is permanent until dispelled 

A designated area can only be protected by one of these spells.
