Blood Dart

 You prick your finger and fire a magical droplet of your own blood at a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 necrotic damage. If the target is missing any of its hit points, it instead stakes 1d12 necrotic damage.

 You can create more than one dart when you reach higher levels: two darts at 5th-level, three darts at 11th-level and four at 17th level. You can direct the darts at a single target or multiple. Make a separate attack roll for each dart.
