You touch a willing creature, sharpening its focus with the instincts of a killer. The spell's target has advantage on attack rolls against bloodied (have less than half their maximum hit points) creatures. If there's a bloodied creature that the spell's target can see, the creature have disadvantage on attack rolls against non bloodied creatures within 30 feet of spell's target.
