When this spell is cast, the target‘s body tenses as if they were about to sneeze. However the target does not get the release of an actual sneeze.
The targeted creature must then make a DC 10 Concentration Check, or Lose Concentration.
Years ago, Ilia the Spellstealer created this annoying cantrip to frustrate her magic tutors. When she began her career as a thief, she often used this same cantrip to evade magical detection.
