You reach out to a fellow spell caster and force upon them a battle of arcane willpower. Both spell casters must make contested arcana checks, The winner of the contested check can then role 1D4+1. This total number is the equivalent of the number/level of spells that can be taken from the loser. In the chance that the winner rolls a 4 on the d4 the dice will explode and the caster can roll an additional d4 and add that to the total.
