Aquatic Form

You transmute your own body into an aquatic version of yourself, you gain a swim speed equal to your speed (at the moment you cast this spell) and can breath only underwater. While in this form you cannot breath air and your speed is 10ft. 
At higher levels When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.
