Allister's Galaxy

The user is enveloped in a miniature galaxy centered on themselves. Every entity in range, excluding the caster must succeed a dex saving throw for every turn they are in the radius.  Enemies within 10ft of the caster take 10d10 force damage plus 6d6 force for every turn they are within it. Enemies between 10 and 30ft take 5d10 force damage, plus 3d6 force for every turn they are within the galaxy. After the three turns is finished, all entities excluding the caster take 10d10 fire damage.
