Astaevia Spell

You make a psychic connection with another creature on the same plane of existence with which you are familiar. You can speak with this creature in your mind, and that creature hears you clearly in their own mind. The creature recognizes you as the sender, and can answer in like manner. The spell enables creatures with an intelligence score of at least 3 to understand you, regardless of what languages they speak. The signal can be blocked if the target is placed in an area formulated to block against such psychic interference, or if they are in an area of null magic.

You can alternatively make a connection with a creature on a different plane, but in those cases the spell instead lasts 10 minutes.
